We’re Gavin Falk, Adam Senna, and Nick Dovgalyuk three former Division I athletes chasing excellence beyond sports. FSD Project is our raw, unfiltered journey to push limits in business, fitness, and faith while holding each other accountable.

It all started one summer in Minneapolis. Gavin studied business at Davenport University and competed in rugby and wrestling. Adam studied Mechanical Engineering at the Virginia Military Institute and played Division I soccer, where he met Nick also a VMI student from Centreville, Virginia, and a fellow D-1 soccer player. Two childhood friends and a college teammate realized the same grit that drove us on the field could fuel something bigger. We’re lifelong competitors chasing freedom and maximum potential.
